Refund & Cancellation Policy – Mahakaal Yogpeeth

At Mahakaal Yogpeeth, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide a fair cancellation and refund policy for our students. Please review the terms below before making your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Before 30 Days of Course Start Date:

    • A refund of 75% of the total course fee will be issued.
    • The remaining 25% will be retained as an administrative fee.

  2. Cancellation Between 15-30 Days Before Course Start Date:

    • A refund of 50% of the total course fee will be provided.
    • The remaining 50% will be retained as a processing and reservation fee.

  3. Cancellation Within 15 Days of Course Start Date:

    • No refund will be issued.
    • However, students may choose to reschedule for a future course within one year.

  4. No Show & Early Departure:

    • No refund or rescheduling will be provided if a student fails to attend or leaves the course early for personal reasons.

Refund Policy:

  • All refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • Transaction and processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.

Course Rescheduling:

  • If you are unable to attend your course, you may request a one-time rescheduling to a future batch within 12 months of your original booking.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before the course start date.

Force Majeure Clause:

  • Mahakaal Yogpeeth is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, students will be offered the option to reschedule their course.
